1. 探視人 Visitors
為確保動物安全，探視人請先辦理電話預約(03-4761-711 轉 600)。探視時僅限飼主或委託人共 2 人。
禁止其他未預約之訪客、家人、親友及其他動物隨行。
Visitor should first make an appointment by phone (03-4761-711 EXT 600).
Only 2 persons will be allowed to enter the quarantine center.
Any visitor, family member, friends and other pet(s) without permission shall not accompany the owner.
2. 探視預約 Visiting Appointment
◆週一至週五探視服務；請於2天前向檢疫區獸醫師預約
Please make reservations 2 days before your visiting date and please be aware of that your visiting appointment
shall be arranged by our veterinarian only.
探視時間 ：週一至週五 下午 2 ： 00~3 ： 30 國定假日除外
Visiting time: Mon. – Fri. 2 ： 00~3 ： 30 PM( Except for national holidays)
探視次數 ：1 次 (1 time)
完成預約登記後，若無法前來請務必事先來電 (03-4761-711 EXT 600) ，以方便其他畜主可以遞補。
預約登記會客亦可預約登記使用洗滌室，可為愛犬洗澡。
In order to allow other owners to reserve the visiting appointment, please inform us in advance.
If you can not visit your pet(s) on schedule, Please make reservations in advance for dog bathing.
3. 會客地點
狗狗會客地點於犬會客室內進行，飼主可於洗滌室親自為愛犬洗澡。
貓咪會客地點於本中心指定地點進行。
4. 規定 Rules
◆檢疫期間及檢疫結束後，請勿饋贈檢疫區人員禮物或食物，以免造成我們的困擾。
Please notice that any gift (including drink & food) will be a serious disturbance to us before/during/after the quarantine period.
◆訪客請留在會客室內勿四處參觀。
Please do not leave the appointed premise while visiting your pets. Rambling around the restricted area is not allowed.
◆可自備零食餵食，但請告知檢疫區工作人員或獸醫師餵食內容及份量。
It will be welcome to feed your pet(s) with treats while visiting, however, please inform our staff or veterinarian in advance.
◆檢疫區業務繁忙，飼主請配合各項書面規定及口頭要求，以確保所有犬貓生活品質及檢疫區工作效率。
To ensure the quality of our service, owners should follow all the rules within the quarantine center.
◆飼主探視時應約束其他探視人及其動物之行為。勸導不聽的飼主，檢疫區將以動物福利為前提拒絕其探視。
若飼主因不接受建議而危及自己、他人、或區內犬貓之安危，該飼主需負完全責任，並在放行前禁止該飼主來訪。
Owners are responsible for the proper behavior during their visiting time.
If any animal or people within the quarantine center are disturbed, the owner will not be allowed to enter the quarantine center
until the releasing day of the pet(s) and should assume full responsibility for the results.
