  • Carry out meat inspection and surveys in slaughterhouses. 
  • Manage and monitor commissioned meat inspection services in slaughterhouses. 
  • Check and monitor illegal slaughterhouses. 
  • Check and manage production facilities for exported meat. 
  • Issue, check, and manage certificates of slaughterhouse meat inspection. 
  • Others services related to sanitary inspections.

◎ Accomplishments In total, 62 slaughterhouses (17 for livestock and 45 for poultry) are under the jurisdiction of the Taichung branch office.
