1. Time:

It takes about 40-60 minutes, basing on the number of declared items.

Please ARRIVE at the departure office EARLY for fear of missing check-in time.

2. Fees:

Depending on the time you arrive and the quantity of goods you carry, you MAY need to pay the following fees:

• Computer Processing: NT$ 100
• Extended Operation: NT$ 200~2000
• Quarantine: 0.1% of the Fee on Board

3. Pre-Examining service:

To save your valuable time, please make good use of our Pre-Examining service, and provide your application information ONE DAY in advance by emailing us at,

• Name, Address, Passport no.
• Product name, Quantity, Weight
• Flight, Estimated applying time
